  1. I tried to become your friend on Facebook but you have too many friends.

I am a street corner preacher in Oregon’s capital of Salem since October 1, 2006. One week before the Amish School Masecre, adequate portrayed in the excellent movie “Amish Grace”.

After 16 years of waiting for release to preach I was. My regular job is with a pesticide spray service. I am also Oregon House Dist. 22 Precinct Comm. Person Coordinator for the Republican party for Marion County.

I am married to Julie with 2 miracle children as we were told by doctors we would have none, they are Isaac 7 and Natasha 12.

The website covers the unpublished book I have written and been turned down by 15 publishers before starting the street corner ministry in 2006. It also covers the street corner ministry, my political activity and our nursery business which sold mainly vegetable plants $1 or less made $350+ this year.

The reason I write though is to let you know that there is a group promoting 7 Mountains in the Culture as Christians. You can find them at

Keep up the good work. The 12 days to voting reminds me a lot of Tim Hawkins and his government spending video. You are doing a great job.

Morons, idiots, fools, pieces of trash. Oh yeah, you’ll convince a whole lot of people with that shtick. Get real!

How are you so concerned that Big Gov’t is your worst nightmare… when you were Employed by BIG Gov’t. And are concerned about increasing it. Our Military, the LARGEST in the world, combined with the Military budget, puts your statement of your wishes for a small gov’t completely at odds with your CNN comment and blog. It’s rather embarassing, and doesn’t make sense.

  4. SMS Lisa Mei Norton:
Saw you on CNN with Campbell. It is hard to believe you spent 20+ years in the same USAF I spent 27+ years in starting in 1972, and you spout such radical views? Listen to yourself? ou were trained as I was, as a NCO leader! I don’t understand. You have so far departed from who you were. But, I can tell, something else is showing, and its not good. Stick to singing, please. You are little better at that. What was your AFSC anyway? Sure it wasn’t Crypto or something like that. A disappointed fellow retired senior NCO!

Why must you be such a condescending snipe? Was that “… stick to singing, please.” supposed to be a sexist remark, or just a boorish one? Lisa Mei is a patriot, and for your information, the radicals are in the White House.

I’m always amused by the specious arguments floated by people like you, and others on left, in an attempt to convince conservatives like myself that we are misguided. NEWS FLASH! We’re wise to your Alinsky brand of treachery and not intimidated by your ridicule, your blatant lies, or your bullying.

Your insolent criticism of Lisa Mei is so prejudicial that it effectively nullifies your entire argument. Furthermore, if there is anyone guilty of spouting unintelligible gibberish – it’s you!.

I find it somewhat amusing that you commented on CNN tonight that you are concerned about the national debt. You are part of the problem! You are drawing a pension in your 40s,and will be getting a paycheck from my tax dollars for probably 40 more years! There should be no “special deals” for government workers that they are allowed to retire long before the rest of us who rely on a finacially insolvent social security.

And not enough attention to national defense? 1 trillion of Obama’s 3.8 trillion dollar budget goes to the military! How much more do you think they should have??

I’ll tell you what’s not “somewhat amusing” Harold Ashline, III: The thought of you pondering your next attack on a patriot who gave 20 years in service to her country. For you to accuse Lisa Mei of being “… part of the problem.” is one of the most outrageous comments I have ever read. It’s people like Lisa that have kept us safe from a major terrorist attack on U.S. soil since 9/11.

Not too thrilled with the “special deals” insult either. I attended the funeral of a 21 year old Marine this past July who was killed by a roadside bomb in Afghanistan. I guess he doesn’t get his SPECIAL DEAL, does he? Lucky you! There’s one less forty year pension to eat away at your SS bennies.

Providing for our defense is one of the few responsibilities of government established in the Constitution, not the hundreds of social programs that are crippling our economy, destroying our children’s future and shredding the fabric of our nation. What’s making social security insolvent isn’t Lisa Mei and her fellow patriots who guard our nation, it’s Barack Obama and his mission to destroy the American economic system so he can impose his brand of socialism on us. Never mind the total breakdown of the culture and the unwavering attacks on our moral code.

If you want to pick a fight with someone because you fear losing your social security benefits, then pick it with Barack Obama. He’s the one responsible for your misery, – not us!

Finally, in answer to your question on national defense: WHATEVER IT TAKES!

  6. The Gift of Love

    Every Christmas people are missing
    People they love
It can make them a little blue
This is the reason during the season
    We need to show
Just how much we love and miss them too

    At Christmas we’re reminded
Of the greatest gift from above
When Baby Jesus came to teach us
All about the gift of love.

Somewhere a mother or a father
    Is feeling alone
    Reminiscing of Christmases gone by
Is there a brother or a sister
    Who’s being ignored?
Now is time to set things right

    At Christmas we’re reminded
Of the greatest gift from above
When Baby Jesus came to teach us
All about the gift of love.

Are there some friends who always show you
    How much they care?
They are so precious and so few
Be sure to show them best as you can
    How blessed you feel
They’re just like angels watching over you.

God bless our soldiers, airmen, sailors
    And our marines
    May they never feel alone
We need to tell them that we love them
    And pray for them too
May they all safely return home.

    At Christmas we’re reminded
Of the greatest gift from above
When Baby Jesus came to teach us
All about the gift of love.
All about the gift of love.
Yes, Baby Jesus came to teach us
All about the gift of love.
    Jesus is love.
